RTR Energy Solutions is a full service project controls department providing support to any project small or large. RTR Energy Solutions provides full cycle accounting. We provide support services that conform to the needs of client requirements. Previous scopes have included budgeting, cost loaded schedules, earned value, FERC required reporting, forecasting, and invoice processing. RTR Energy Solutions is currently supporting a total scope of Four Hundred Ninety-Two Million Dollars ($492,000,000) in Transmission Line and Substation work.

We operate within the confines of the systems that each company has, but we do not stop there. RTR Energy Solutions will innovate and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency and can document any process, including flow charts and procedural write ups.

As an RTR cost analyst Amanda handles invoicing, updating CMX for forecasts and actuals, and contributing to social media management.
Bob Sopko
Senior Cost Analyst
Bob brings over 20 years of experience in Operations Controllership, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Accrual Accounting, GL Accounting and Reconciliation. In his career, Bob has managed people and processes related to Capital Projects, Cost Accounting, BOM’s, Industrial Engineering, Profitability and Pricing. With strong analytical skills, Bob has experience with numerous ERP/GL systems including SAP, Peoplesoft, and Oracle R12. Bob capitalizes on his experience in his role as a Sr. Cost Analyst in our Project Controls Group and supports Project Development and Interconnection Affairs.
