With a current focus on electric utilities, our project managers are rebuilding substations, transmissions lines, and improving substation connectivity throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
Coordination of Activities
Our project managers work to bring multiple functional groups together to work effectively as a team to achieve project goals. These functional groups include: Planning, Engineering, Construction, IT, Real Estate and Procurement/Sourcing. We believe that communication, teamwork, and sharing successes are the key ingredients to delivering a project safely, on schedule and on budget. We work with planning and engineering at the earliest stages of project development to ensure there is a clear understanding of scope and expectations. Our team sets realistic milestones through detailed engineering and construction, and rarely misses set objectives. During construction, project management is fully engaged with the construction team to ensure schedule adherence, monitor change requests, coordinate procurement activities, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues.
