Ryan Robinson has worked in the utility industry since 1998. Working Nationally and Internationally as a Journeyman Lineman, Construction Manager, and Project Manager before creating RTR in 2014. Allan came to RTR in July, 2016. Prior to joining RTR he worked for PPL Electric Utilities for 32 yrs. Allan was in the transmission department from 1984 through 2000 until PPL merged transmission and distribution. In 2005 he became a lineman leader and worked at that position until retiring in May 2016.
NLRP Assistant Project Manager, Social Media Design
Ryan holds a BSBA in Business Information Systems and has over 5 years experience in the analytics field. Starting his career in Pittsburgh, Ryan recently relocated to the Lehigh Valley to join the RTR team. He began providing Cost Analytics and Project Controls for multiple substation and transmission line projects and is now assisting Project Management on two substation rebuilds.
Senior Surveyor / I.T. Support / CAD Management
Bud holds a BS in Mathematics and has 30 years experience in field and office land surveying utilizing a variety of equipment including: GPS, robotics and laser scanners. Bud has extensive experience with 2d and 3d CAD design (Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Environmental), CAD management and customization, software development and I.T. support.
NLRP Assistant Project Manager
Mike holds a BS in Business Management and has 10 years of construction experience. Starting his career as an apprentice carpenter working on government contracts. He has since worked as a foreman, estimator, crew supervisor, and project manager. Mike is currently assisting project management on three transmission substations and multiple transmission line rebuilds.
Mike is an accomplished accounting professional with more than 16 years experience in Electrical Utilities, Project Controls, audit management, contract management, construction management, cost analysis, following SOX compliance procedures, internal and external audit processes.
Shawn holds a BA in Geosciences from Penn State University. He began his career in the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey regions working in the environmental sector practicing soil and groundwater sampling, soil vapor analysis, and wetland and stream delineation. Since joining the RTR team in August, 2016, Shawn has coordinated and provided inspections of onsite erosion and sediment controls, and has worked with contractors to ensure compliance with state environmental regulations.
Chrissy brought her 38 years of experience in banking, finance, management and training to the RTR team in 2016. Chrissy is the Business Manager in our Fairchance, Pa. office.
NLRP Project Manager
Sean holds a BSLA in Landscape Architecture. He has 8 years of construction experience in the heavy highway/civil field as a construction supervisor with projects ranging from $2-$40 million. For the past two years he has been managing large scale green/brown field substation projects in the utility industry responsible for scope, schedule, and budget. The two current projects are worth $105 million. Both projects have a complex/challenging design and construction schedule to meet.
Amanda has over 10 years experience in office and financial management and executive assistance, as well as staff management and training nationwide in the pharmaceutical industry. As an RTR cost analyst Amanda handles invoicing, updating CMX for forecasts and actuals, and contributing to social media management.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology and has over 3 years experience in the electrical utility industry as a commissioning/electrical engineer.
Sherri joined RTR in June 2017 after 8 years with PPL as an Administrative Supervisor. She will be working as an Office Administrator out of our Cedar Crest, Allentown office.
Ron joined the RTR team in early 2016 and has 30+ years of engineering, supervisory and management experience in both the telecom and electric utility industry.
Outage Engineer/Construction Manager
Rick has been in the electric utility industry for over 26 years starting with PPL as an electrician in the construction department. Since then he has worked as a Local System Operator and Transmission System Operator for PPL Electric Utilities, and as a Generation Dispatcher for PPL Energy Plus and Talen Energy. Rick holds NERC Reliability Coordinator as well as PJM Generation & Transmission System Operator Certifications.
Senior Cost Analyst
Bob brings over 20 years of experience in Operations Controllership, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Accrual Accounting, GL Accounting and Reconciliation. In his career, Bob has managed people and processes related to Capital Projects, Cost Accounting, BOM’s, Industrial Engineering, Profitability and Pricing. With strong analytical skills, Bob has experience with numerous ERP/GL systems including SAP, Peoplesoft, and Oracle R12. Bob capitalizes on his experience in his role as a Sr. Cost Analyst in our Project Controls Group and supports Project Development and Interconnection Affairs.
Dave has over 38 years in the electric power industry. He started his career in power production then became a Journeyman Lineman, a Transmission & Distribution Foreman and then Construction Supervisor before retiring from PPL in 2015.

Technology Services Manager
A graduate of Penn State Mike has been in the environmental science, engineering, and construction industry for over 20 years starting professionally as a GIS Forester in Doylestown, PA . He has worked as Survey CAD Tech, Wetland Scientist, GPS/Robotic Surveyor, and Unmanned Drone Pilot. Mike holds a Wetland Delineation Certification from Rutgers and is licensed by the FAA as a certified unmanned drone pilot (sUAS).
Junior Cost Analyst
Brandon is a graduate from Lehigh University with a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy. During his 5 years at Lehigh he was also a member of the wrestling team. Brandon is a Junior Cost Analyst working in PPL’s transmission group.
Jim has been in the electric utility industry for over 37 years starting with PPL in the power production department at the Holtwood plant. He has also worked as a Local System Operator for PPL Electric utilities and as a Plant Shift Supervisor for PPL and Talen Energy. Jim holds NERC Reliability Coordinator as well as PJM Generation & Transmission System Operator Certifications.
Program Manager of Development
A 1979 graduate of Williamson College of the Trades (formerly Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades), Bill has 40 years experience in the electrical utility industry, 35 of those years at PPL Electric Utilities, starting as Plant Equipment Operator at Sunbury SES, PPL Lehigh Region as a Distribution System Operator and on the PPL Transmission System as an Operator, Supervisor and Manager before retiring in 2019.

Bob holds a B.S. in Business/Finance and has over 30 years of experience in the electric power industry. Bob worked as a PPL construction department electrician, a System Operator, Transmission Power Dispatcher, Generation Dispatcher, in addition to Principal Trader and Trading Manager positions at PPL Energy Plus and Talen Energy. Bob holds current NERC Reliability Coordinator and Balancing and Interchange Certifications.
Environmental & Permitting Coordinator
Reuben holds a BA in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. Since 2013 he has worked for Landscape Architect firms servicing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C as a designer and project manager.
Vince has over 38 years of experience in the electric power industry, almost all with PPL in the nuclear and fossil generation groups. He worked primarily as an electrical engineer while also spending several years as a budget/cost analyst. Vince holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. He has worked the last few years as an quality control inspector for transmission and substation projects.
Jose worked at Jersey Central Power & Light for over 25 years. He started his career in generation and moved to the line department as a Journeyman Lineman in transmission and distribution. Jose went into management as a Supervisor/Manager for the transmission and distribution departments before retiring in August 2014. He worked as a Contractor Construction Supervisor for PPL and PSE&G under Kenny Construction and Jingoli Power from August 2014 to January 2021.

Jay Parikh has been working in the utility industry for over a decade. He has worked directly at one of the largest utilities in the Northeast and has experience of managing the project management department for a full-service engineering company.
