  • Thermal inspection at an asphalt plant CPI terminal

    RTR recently partnered with our sister company, CATSI, to complete a comprehensive thermal inspection at an asphalt plant CPI terminal. Hot spots indicate areas where material has thinned, leading to inefficient energy use and increased safety risks due to faster heat penetration. With real-time client access to our inspection via a remote viewing station, our teams provided detailed insights crucial for enhancing both safety and energy efficiency within the facility.

  • Comprehensive asset inventory for Ohio Power Supplier

    In collaboration with ICF, who conducted rating calculations for the client’s equipment, RTR was contracted to perform the essential fieldwork. Our team, led by Jordan Mullen, utilized 3D laser scanning to capture detailed substation data while constructability experts Alan Gothard and Allan Everett used our custom field data collection app to meticulously record information about each asset.
