RTR Welcomes Bill Skumanich

RTR is proud to announce the addition of Bill Skumanich as we continue to grow and expand. A 1979 graduate of Williamson College of the Trades (formerly Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades), Bill has 40 years experience in the electrical utility industry, 35 of those years at PPL Electric Utilities, starting as Plant Equipment Operator at Sunbury SES, PPL Lehigh Region as a Distribution System Operator and on the PPL Transmission System as an Operator, Supervisor and Manager before retiring in 2019.

Bill joins us as Program Manager of Development in our Project Management group. RTR welcomes Bill to our ever expanding close-knit team of highly experienced and multi-talented individuals.
