Ryan Brazzo
Assistant Project Manager
Ryan holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Information Systems as well as a Master's in Business Administration and has over 5 years experience in the analytics field. Starting his career in Pittsburgh, Ryan recently relocated to the Lehigh Valley to join the RTR team. He began providing Cost Analytics and Project Controls for multiple substation and transmission line projects and is now assisting Project Management on two substation rebuilds.
Mike Leckrone
Assistant Project Manager
Mike holds a BS in Business Management and has 10 years of construction experience. Starting his career as an apprentice carpenter working on government contracts. He has since worked as a foreman, estimator, crew supervisor, and project manager. Mike is currently assisting project management on three transmission substations and multiple transmission line rebuilds.
Sean Zagwoski
Project Manager
Sean holds a BSLA in Landscape Architecture. He has 8 years of construction experience in the heavy highway/civil field as a construction supervisor with projects ranging from $2-$40 million. For the past two years he has been managing large scale green/brown field substation projects in the utility industry responsible for scope, schedule, and budget. The two current projects are worth $105 million. Both projects have a complex/challenging design and construction schedule to meet.
Bill Skumanich
Director of System Operating Support
A 1979 graduate of William College of the Trades (formerly Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades), Bill has 40 years experience in the electrical utility industry, 35 of those years at PPL Electric Utilities, starting as Plant Equipment Operator at Sunbury SES, PPL Lehigh Region as a Distribution System Operator and on the PPL Transmission System as an Operator, Supervisor and Manager before retiring in 2019.
